Slimgenetix Academy

The course consists of 12 individual lectures, each exploring a different aspect of health and weight optimization from nutrition and metabolism to genetics, appetite, behavior, and lifestyle. You can join the course at any time. Live online classes are held every other Tuesday at 12:00 PM CT. Each session includes a 45-minute lecture followed by 10 minutes for questions and discussion. Can’t attend a live class? No worries. All lectures are recorded and will be available for you to watch at your convenience. In addition, you will receive a digital learning package with each lecture, including educational materials and resources that you can review anytime and add to your SlimGenetix folder as you build your personal health library.
