Purchase Cancellation Policy

At SlimGenetix, we strive to provide exceptional products and services. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Subscriptions

Certain products, memberships, programs, or services offered by SlimGenetix may be available on a subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by accessing the subscription management link included in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer support team.

Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, SlimGenetix may offer products, testing kits, educational programs, or services for pre-order before they become available.

For pre-orders, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment information for future processing. If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation and receive a refund of any eligible payments made.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, it can no longer be canceled. Refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Membership Programs

SlimGenetix memberships may include recurring consultations, educational resources, coaching services, or other health optimization benefits.

Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Membership benefits remain available until the end of the paid billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Health Testing and Personalized Services

Due to the customized nature of genetic testing, microbiome testing, personalized meal plans, health assessments, consultations, and other individualized services, orders may not be canceled once testing kits have been shipped, samples have been submitted, reports have been generated, or services have been rendered.

Requests for cancellation prior to processing may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
